Digital PC 5100 - Memory Configurations
The main logic board will contain three DIMM sockets (sockets designated as Socket 0, 1, and 2) to support system memory configuration up to 256MB using 16MB, 32MB, 64MB, and 128MB DIMMs. Each DIMM is 64-bits wide, 168 pins.

Notes:
- DIMM 0, 1 supports double banks of SDRAM DIMM; DIMM 2 only supports single
bank SDRAM DIMM and 16Mbit technology.
- 64MB, 128MB DIMMs supported when available.
- 64Mbit technology DIMM can only be installed in DIMM 0 and/or 1. At this
time, DIMM 3 must be EMPTY.
